Groin pain!!!
🤓Slide to the Second slide, highlights the anatomical complexity of the abdominal and upper inner thigh compromising of the “groin”.
🤕Something that is often neglected is the significance of the abdominal muscles. Pubic aponeurosis (PA) tears were evident in 63% of 382 male athletes with groin pain (Falvey et al. 2015).
🤝The reassuring aspect of athletic groin pain is that rehabilitation and surgery have no significant difference in recovery rates.
